I have known you for a long time. I first knew you at Hunghom. It was about 4 or 5 years ago. I can scarcely remember it.

At that time I had no employment, I came to witness in the Witchell case. I lo visit No.191 (Tang Kan). I did not know that Tang Kam was arrested for assault & robbery.

I was employed in the gambling house for 7 or 8 months last year. It was in the 9th moon that you arrested me. You arrested me for being abroad without a pass. Then a badge and license of an excise officer was found on me. I was fined $115 altogether.

A. S. Graham states:-

I have known Yeung Kai for 3 years. He was at that time at Hunghom. He was an informer to P. C. 191 Tang Kan.
